Purpose
ePuper was developed for authoring epub files with contents from the web. ePuper has a spider mechanism, that can read an index page and parse the linked article pages into an epub. Basically we developed ePuper for reading free online magazines offline on our iPods (touch), with the help of the plugin mechanism it can be used for any sort of content.

- Opening epub files from all sources (support of nearly all epub features except for rarely used fallbacks, nested navpoints and DRM protected content.
- Save ebooks in epub format (ePuper fulfills the needs of the appropriate standards, so that ePupers epubs show good compatibility on the followingf readers, software versions and online services?.
- Presentation and editor for the most epub metadata (author, language, rights and so on).
- You can change the sort order of the chapter list (that determins the order of the pages in the eBook) by drag & drop.
- You can edit the index of the epub, including the links to chapters and anchors within the chapters. Change of the sort order like in the chapter list.
- You can now assign the file type epub in the shell to ePuper.
- UI has been improved by tabs and nice icons (see Credits? for the name of the artist).
- Depending on the OS language (or by the setting in menu "Settings") ePuper shows a German or English UI.
- ePuper 0.2 is brought to you in a windows installer package (MSI) and can be installed and de-installed in an convenient way.
